Refund and Returns Policy

At Sara Foods, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural, and safe food products. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
  • The product is expired or past its best-before date at the time of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) and photo/video evidence of the issue must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once your return request is received and approved:

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that are returned without authorization or are opened/used.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All perishable food items (such as seeds, spices, mixes, or snacks) are non-returnable once opened.
  • Promotional or free items are not eligible for return or refund.

5. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

6. Policy Updates
