Shipping Policy

At Sara Foods, we strive to ensure that your healthy, natural food products reach you in the best condition and as quickly as possible.
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship across India through reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, XpressBees, and others.
  • Standard delivery time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional events (as mentioned on the product page or checkout).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping charge is applied and displayed before checkout.
  • Any additional delivery fee (for remote area service) will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email or SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking ID and courier details.
  • You can track your order status directly on the courier’s website or from your My Account → Orders section on our website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the shipping address.
  • If undelivered after multiple attempts due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.
    In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive:

  • Damaged, leaked, or wrong items — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at care@sara-foods.com or +91-9637775786.
  • Our team will resolve your concern as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Sara Foods ships only within India.
International orders are not accepted at this time.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more details.
